Sweet Rolls Ice Cream Coming Soon to Hattiesburg

HATTIESBURG, MS (WHPM-TV)- Life will soon be a little sweeter for Hattiesburg residents with a new Sweet Rolls Ice Cream in town.

Locations of this sweet spot are popping up all over the south and the long line of customers for the grand openings show evidence that founders are on to something.

Now Hattiesburg will have it's very own at 4400 Hardy Street, Suite A8.

Unlike your typical ice cream parlor, Sweet Rolls makes rolled ice cream right before your eyes and offers over 20 flavors to choose from.

Treats are crushed on a metal plate that's kept at minus-20 degrees, then topped with ice cream base, scraped thin and rolled up into a cup. Then they add more toppings.

Flavors range from wedding cake, s'mores, cheesecake to pralines and cream and much more!

Hattiesburg will be the second city in Mississippi with a Sweet Rolls with Gulfport, MS being the first.
