HATTIESBURG, Miss - Decorating homes with Christmas lights is a long time tradition. Convington County is hosting their annual contest "Light Up! Convington County" which is sponsored by the Convington County Chamber of Commerce.
Residents of Covington County are able to choose a decorating theme for their home to enter a chance to win $100 dollars.
Residents that are interested can call their local city hall for more information.
The deadline to register is Monday, December 7th, 2015.
